The Awards ceremony, attended by representatives from 47 companies competing in 14 award categories, took place at the beautiful headquarters of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London.
After a lavish three course meal, the awards ceremony took place. We were delighted to be declared a winner, beating five worthy competitors in the Customer Service category.
