Bullhorn’s Engage London 2022 conference was a thriving hub of recruitment and staffing technology, innovation and networking – well attended despite the threat of disruption from rail and tube strikes.
Participants learnt about new technology trends and best practices from a range of experts and the Pixid team were happy to be there as a Bullhorn Marketplace partner and Gold Sponsor.

The conference offered our team an excellent opportunity to connect with a myriad of Bullhorn clients brought together under one roof. We were able to talk with them about our Pixid VMS , highlighting its value as an integrated addition to Bullhorn’s CRM/ ATS system – helping achieve new business, retain clients and contributing to better engagement with contingent workers – enhancing Bullhorn’s own Connected Recruiting strategy.
The Speed Pitch
The Speed Pitch was an unusual but very fruitful aspect of the conference. During this session, our UK CEO Mark Kieve spoke (within the strict 2 minute time limit) about our unique value proposition – Pixid VMS enabling the visibility and control offered by traditional MSPs, to be brought (by staffing agencies) to mid-sized clients and smaller scale or non-complex projects previously seen as unfeasible for MSP involvement (due to the lengthy, costly, complex set-up required by traditional MSPs).
By contrast, Pixid VMS our fast to deploy, pay-as-you go, MSP-lite solution opens up a new and exciting business opportunity for Bullhorn clients.
